Upgrading an existing plant

If you already have a machine and a market, the question is usually where the bottleneck is: forming capacity, curing space, or handling. Replacing the forming machine without fixing the downstream stage tends to move the queue rather than remove it.

Hydraulic pressing for surface-critical products

For dense, sharp-edged and colour-consistent products such as Holland bricks and shaped pavers, a static hydraulic press gives a different result from a vibrating machine. If your buyers judge by the face of the block, this is the stage where that is decided.

Keep the mould plan flexible

Markets shift. A plant that can switch from hollow blocks to pavers on the same machine with a mould change protects itself against a slowdown in one product. We usually recommend budgeting for two or three moulds from the start rather than one.

Can you supply only the machine, without the full line?

Yes. Many customers buy the forming machine and the moulds first, then add batching, curing or cubing equipment in a second stage. We keep the interfaces in mind so the later addition fits.

How long does it take to get a quotation?

Once you send the block sizes, the target output and the site power, we can normally come back with a machine recommendation and a price within a few working days.

Do you make custom moulds?

Yes. Moulds are made to the block drawing or sample you provide. Send a dimensioned drawing or a physical sample and we will confirm the mould before production.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms are agreed with the order and depend on the line scope. They are stated in the contract together with the delivery schedule, so both sides know the milestones in advance.
