A line that is oversized sits idle; one that is undersized costs you orders. Work out the block demand you can actually sell, then choose the forming machine and supporting equipment for that number, with room to add a second shift rather than a second machine.

Plan curing and handling as part of the plant

Curing decides block strength and surface quality, and it is the stage most often underestimated. Whether you cure on racks, on pallets or in a high-level curing line changes the building layout, the labor needed and the number of pallets you must buy.

Can you supply a complete block production line, not just a machine?

Yes. We supply the forming machine together with batching and mixing, conveying, curing, cubing and packing equipment, and we design the flow between them. The line is scoped to your plot and your output target.

How do I choose between automatic and semi-automatic?

Choose by output, labor cost and how much you can prepare the site. Automatic lines give a repeatable workflow and lower labor per block, but they need more site preparation and a clear production plan. Many plants start semi-automatic and add automation as sales grow.

What information do you need to quote a line?

Block sizes, target output, raw materials, site power and plot dimensions. With those five we can propose a machine and line configuration and send a layout drawing with the quotation.

Do you train our operators?

Yes. Installation and operator training are agreed as part of the project scope, so your team can run the machine and handle mould changes and routine maintenance themselves.
