Frequently Asked Questions
How much labour does a cuber actually replace?
Manual stacking of cured blocks typically takes three to five people per shift at high effort. A single-operator cuber system replaces that, and a double-station system can cover a plant that would otherwise need eight or nine stackers. Most customers calculate payback in labour terms alone in under two years.
Will it fit my existing line?
The QS-1200A, QS-1200B and QS-1000G series are specifically designed to dock onto an existing line without changing your equipment configuration or workflow. Send us photographs of your current discharge conveyor and the pallet size and we will confirm the interfaces.
What does "pallet-free" actually save?
The pallet fleet itself, the pallet-return conveyor, the forklift hours spent shuttling pallets, and the ongoing replacement of broken pallets. In a medium plant that is usually thousands of pallets and a full-time forklift you no longer need to buy or run.
