Product Description

The QS AAC line was developed after years of market research into the specific characteristics of the aerated block industry. It combines an advanced process route, precision machining and high-end electrical configuration, taking the product through de-cubing, brick dividing, hole leaving, re-cubing and finally conveying and packing, achieving fully automatic pallet-free cubing and packing with reserved forklift holes.

Crucially, it does not change your existing equipment configuration or workflow. It connects at the finished-product stacker position of your current line: the bricks arriving on pallets are clamped in layers and intelligently divided and hole-leaved according to the set programme, then re-stacked. Your original finished-product stacker can still be used in the normal way, and the two do not interfere with each other.

According to the cutting method the line is offered as a composite type (several brick types mixed in each mould) or a single type (one brick type per mould). A combined de-cubing and re-cubing robot works together with several brick-dividing / hole-leaving platforms and cuber positions, so different brick types can be separated and stacked with holes at different stations according to the set programme. You choose the configuration according to your actual production needs.

The benefits are straightforward: a high degree of automation, a large quantity of bricks handled, high sorting efficiency, fast running speed, tight coordination between stations, and easy adjustment when switching brick types or changing speed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this line interrupt my current AAC production?
No. It docks at the finished-product stacker position and your existing equipment keeps running the normal way during and after installation. The usual arrangement is a planned shutdown of 5–10 days for mechanical and electrical connection.
Why do the forklift holes matter so much in AAC?
Because the alternative is moving everything on pallets and then either shipping pallets with the goods or spending labour to recover them. Reserved holes let the forklift lift the pack directly, which removes a whole logistics loop.
Can it handle both composite and single brick types on one machine?
The configuration is selected for the way your cutting machine works. Many plants run both patterns on different days, tell us your product mix and we will specify the platform and programme count accordingly.
