Product Description
The QS-1200 sends stacked empty pallets into the pallet magazine according to what the block machine needs. The whole machine uses PLC control with hydraulic drive, so pallet supply is automatic, accurate and efficient. That removes a heavy, repetitive manual job, reducing labour intensity, saving labour and lowering production cost.

Is it worth it for a small plant?
If you are buying a new block machine, add it to the quotation. A pallet feeder usually pays back within the first year in labour alone, because the operator it replaces is on the payroll every shift.
Does it work with non-standard pallet sizes?
Yes, but the magazine has to be built for your pallet. Tell us the pallet length, width and thickness and we will size the magazine accordingly.
