QS-1200A Low-Position Automatic Cuber System
One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
- 2 patents
Two-way cubing, left and right, about 13 seconds per layer and roughly double the output of the single-station version.
Adds a second cuber system and brick-out system to the QS-1000G-B so two-way cubing runs on the left and right sides, greatly raising line efficiency.
The QS-1000G-C adds another cuber system and brick-out system on top of the QS-1000G-B simple cuber, so both the left and right sides cube simultaneously. It is designed for a brick factory running two sets of the same equipment, and it dramatically improves throughput for the same pallet supply.
Like the G-B it includes pallet feeders, pallet lifters, pallet pushers, gantry-type high-level cubers, heavy-duty chain conveyors, an electronic control system and hydraulics. One layer takes about 13 seconds and one shift produces roughly 3,800 pallets, twice the single-station output with the same manpower.

One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
Leaves the forklift holes in the stack itself, no pallet needed downstream, and the original line keeps working normally.
Fixed inside the workshop, dual independent hydraulic circuits, brick clamp and pallet clamp working at the same time.
