QS-1200A Low-Position Automatic Cuber System
One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
- 2 patents
Direct brick-pallet separation with no brick dividing, about 16 seconds per layer, 2,000 pallets per shift.
For products nearly square after combining, or two pallets combined into a square: cubes directly from the pallet without brick-dividing, with unmanned automatic operation and automatic fault display.
The QS-1000G-B is intended for brick-on-pallet products that are nearly square after combining, or where two boards combine into a near-square unit. It separates and stacks bricks and pallets directly, without the brick-dividing step required by more complex arrangements.
The equipment includes pallet feeders, pallet lifters, pallet pushers, a gantry-type high-level cuber, heavy-duty chain conveyors, an electronic control system and a hydraulic system. Control is PLC plus touch screen with intelligent sensors for unmanned automatic running: on a fault the machine stops, alarms and shows the fault position, so no specialist technician is needed to clear it.
Electricity, air and hydraulics are controlled separately so the movements never interfere and remain continuous. One layer takes about 16 seconds and the shift output is roughly 2,000 pallets. With the matching forklift clamp, transport and truck loading can be done without pallets.

One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
Leaves the forklift holes in the stack itself, no pallet needed downstream, and the original line keeps working normally.
Fixed inside the workshop, dual independent hydraulic circuits, brick clamp and pallet clamp working at the same time.
