QS-1200A Low-Position Automatic Cuber System
One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
- 2 patents
Leaves the forklift holes in the stack itself, no pallet needed downstream, and the original line keeps working normally.
A patented high-level cuber that separates bricks, arranges them and rebuilds the stack with self-retained forklift holes for pallet-free handling.
The QS-1200B is a patented product of Qisheng developed from deep understanding of how cured blocks are actually handled in the yard. It takes over from the finished-product cuber position of your existing line: bricks arriving on pallets are clamped in layers and intelligently divided, then re-stacked with forklift holes built into the stack. Your existing finished-product cuber can still be used in the original way, the two do not interfere with each other.
The system covers pallet loading and lifting, brick-pallet separation (pallet pusher plus first brick pusher), brick arrangement (second and third brick pushers with a rotating table) and the high-level stacking section. Depending on your block machine model and your product mix, we select the right configuration for you.
Tell us your target output and the raw materials you have, and we will send a detailed quotation.
