An integrated brick-making and cubing system that stacks the wet block online as it leaves the machine, removing pallets from the process entirely for standard solid bricks and small hollow blocks.
The QSMT series uses a Qisheng-developed integrated brick-making and cubing high-efficiency system. It has advanced electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, an adaptive control programme that makes multi-dimensional automatic decisions, a bionic self-adaptive dynamic pressure adjustment, real-time running-status monitoring, and automatic fault diagnosis with automatic shutdown and on-screen solution display. The hydraulic multi-channel vector control system is imported from Japan.
The operating principle is simple: one brick machine and one pallet. The freshly moulded wet block is cubed immediately as it comes out, so the product never waits on a pallet and the factory does not need a fleet of pallets or a pallet-return conveyor. The machine is highly efficient and energy-saving, and quick to load and unload, saving people, money and worry. It suits standard solid bricks, porous bricks and other small unfired blocks.
The QSMT1000 doubles the mould area of the QSMT500 (1,150 × 1,100 mm against 1,150 × 560 mm) and doubles the per-mould output as a result: 72 pieces per mould of 240 × 115 × 50 mm bricks against 36 on the QSMT500. Both stack to 1,100 mm, which is 10 layers of standard brick.
