The QST8-15 and QST6-15 are the smallest fully automatic machines in the Qisheng range, and the most popular entry point for a new block factory. They use the same core technology as the larger machines: an imported high-efficiency hydraulic proportional system, an imported intelligent PLC touch screen, an arch-breaking rapid distribution device, extended high-efficiency vibration technology and a special high-temperature heat treatment for the mould.
Raw materials are the same flexible mix as the larger machines, crushed stone powder, sand, gravel, cement plus large amounts of fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite, perlite and other industrial waste. And like the larger machines they are one-machine-many-products: porous bricks and hollow blocks, ceramsite insulation blocks and composite insulating concrete blocks, simply by changing the mould.
The QST8-15 cycles in 15–23 seconds with 95 kN of vibration force and a 980 × 860 mm pallet, reaching 67,500–90,000 standard bricks per shift. The QST6-15 cycles in the same time with 68 kN and a 980 × 680 mm pallet, reaching 46,080–61,440 standard bricks per shift. Both are usually installed with a matching stacker and, if you want to cube without pallets, a QS automatic cuber system.
