Why not use a twin-shaft mixer instead?

Twin-shaft mixers are fast and economical for standard blocks. A planetary mixer is the better choice when surface appearance and colour consistency drive the price of the product, pavers and imitation-stone bricks. The trade-off is capital cost.

Can it be added to an existing batching plant?

Yes. Send us your current batching layout, the cycle time and the batch size, and we will specify the mixer size and the interfaces to your existing skip, silo and feed belts.
