Product Description

The QS cantilever winding and film-covering packaging machine is an integrated packaging machine that adds a top-film function to the cantilever stretch wrapper. It performs two functions at once, winding and top-film covering, and produces a pack closed on five sides for moisture-proofing, rain protection and dust protection.

It runs fully unmanned with high efficiency and low packaging cost. Although developed for the building-materials industry, the same machine type is widely used in food and beverage, chemical fibre and chemical industry, and metallurgy, anywhere a unit load needs a weather-tight wrapped pack.

Do I need this if I already wrap by hand?

Manual wrapping consumes film and labour, and the result is rarely weather-tight. The five-sided closed pack this machine produces is what protects a pallet of bricks through a sea container or a long truck journey.

Can it be placed at the end of the cuber line?

Yes. That is the normal position, fed by the discharge conveyor of the cuber or the brick-out section. Tell us your conveyor height and pack size and we will match the infeed.
