Product Description
The PL series batching machine holds a metering licence standard and delivers both fast and slow dosing measurement. A vibration device guarantees smooth blanking, so wet or sticky aggregate does not bridge in the hopper and stop your production cycle.
According to the aggregate in use and the gradation of the product being made, the machine weighs automatically to a pre-set aggregate mix ratio using a high-precision three-point induction sensor. That is what allows you to move from a standard block to a colour-faced paver without re-calibrating the whole plant by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many aggregate bins do I need?
It follows your recipe count. A two- or three-bin machine covers standard blocks; a colour-faced paver line usually needs an extra bin for the face mix. Tell us your recipes and we will size it.
Why does fast and slow dosing matter?
It is an accuracy trick. The machine dumps most of the target weight quickly, then trickles the last few percent slowly so the final weight is precise. Without it you either dose slowly all the time, or you lose accuracy and your product strength varies.
