Product Description

The QSSX-16A straps the pack from above with a rotating head, covering the full 0–360° range. Tension is set numerically on the touch screen between 200 N and 2,500 N, so the same machine can strap a light hollow-block pack and a heavy solid-brick pack without mechanical adjustment.

It uses PET plastic-steel strap in widths of 12, 16 or 19 mm and thicknesses of 0.6–1.0 mm, with a standard roll inner diameter of 406 mm. The machine runs on 380 V three-phase and stands on a 3,700 × 2,260 mm footprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the strap tension range so wide?

Because hollow blocks and solid bricks want very different tension. Too low and the pack loosens in transit; too high and you crack the corners. A 200–2,500 N programmable range means one machine covers your whole product list, and the operator sets it from the screen in seconds.

Does it need a compressor?

It needs a clean, dry compressed-air supply. Tell us your available pressure and flow and we will specify the connection; if you have no compressor we can include one in the quotation.
