Product Description

The QSDJ line combines a batching and mixing system, a pre-forming system, a belt-rack curing system, a brick-dividing and cubing system and an automatic packaging system. Compared with similar imported equipment it is more completely equipped, better laid out, has a smoother process route and a higher degree of automation, at a fraction of the purchase cost.

Its unique equipment configuration can dock with the brick-making host of any manufacturer. The configuration is custom-designed around your site area, your existing host machine and the products you want to make.

Wet bricks coming out of the pre-forming section are lifted by a pallet lifter onto steel racks, each layer of brick isolated from the next. Once a rack is full it can be moved to the curing area by forklift, or transferred into the curing kiln by the new-energy intelligent finger car.

The transfer sub-car is driven by a new-energy lithium battery. The whole plant is controlled by a light-machine-electricity-hydraulic integrated microcomputer, and all components are linked through a self-organised RS-485 wireless network. A cloud connection allows remote real-time monitoring, so faults can be found and solved before they stop your production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add the QSDJ line to my existing block machine?
Yes. That is exactly what it is designed for. The line docks with any brand of block machine. Send us photos of your current line and the pallet size, and we will propose a layout.
Do I need to build a curing kiln?
Not necessarily. The sub-car can deliver the loaded racks either to an indoor curing kiln or to an outdoor curing area, and the racks can be moved by forklift where a fixed kiln is not practical.
How many workers does the line need?
A rack-curing line typically runs with 3–5 workers per shift, mainly for supervision, pallet handling and packing.
