Product Description

The QSGW line links a batching and mixing system, a pre-forming (moulding) system, a high-level transfer and curing system, a brick-dividing and cubing system and an automatic packaging system into one continuous plant. It produces ordinary concrete blocks, permeable bricks for sponge-city projects, high value-added imitation-stone PC bricks and municipal kerb stones.

By adjusting the mix design, construction waste, slag, fly ash and other industrial by-products can replace conventional sand and gravel as the main raw material, cutting raw-material cost while meeting environmental requirements.

The whole line uses a three-dimensional closed-loop process layout, driven by computers, sensors, electromechanical and hydraulic components. The high-level transfer and curing system consists of a layered automatic pallet lifting machine, a high-level finger car (mother-and-child shuttle) and a three-dimensional curing kiln. Freshly made wet bricks stay on their pallets and are lifted layer by layer, then carried into the designated kiln chamber for curing. Cured dry bricks are carried out to the lowering machine, which feeds them layer by layer to the automatic cuber line for pallet separation, brick dividing and stacking.

Throughout production, transfer and curing, every layer of brick is kept separate from the pallet below it, so bricks are never crushed under the load above. This makes the line especially suitable for permeable pavement bricks, imitation-stone PC bricks and thin-wall thermal insulation blocks where the visible face must stay perfect.

Key Features

  • Closed-loop 3D layout: mixing → forming → high-level curing → cubing → packing in one continuous flow
  • Layer-separated curing, each brick layer rests on its own pallet, so no crushing and no surface damage
  • Produces pavers, imitation-stone PC bricks, kerb stones, hollow blocks and thin-wall insulation blocks
  • Up to 60%+ industrial waste (construction waste, slag, fly ash) can replace natural aggregate
  • Fully computer-controlled production with sensor, hydraulic and electromechanical automation
  • Turn-key service: site layout design, installation, commissioning and operator training

Frequently Asked Questions

What capacity can the QSGW line reach?
The line is built around the block machine you choose, so capacity is configurable. A QST8-15 host gives roughly 40,000–53,000 Holland bricks per 8-hour shift, while a QST1800 host can exceed 150,000. We size the line to your target tonnage and site area.
Can the line use local waste materials?
Yes. Fly ash, slag, construction waste and mine tailings can replace part of the sand and gravel. We test your local materials and adjust the mix design and the machine parameters free of charge during commissioning.
How long is delivery and installation?
A complete standard line is normally delivered in 45–75 days. Our engineers travel to your site for installation and commissioning, and we train your operators until the line runs a full shift without our staff.
What about after-sales support?
Every line ships with the full electrical and hydraulic documentation, spare-part lists, and remote diagnostics over the internet. We keep fast-moving spares in stock and respond to production-stopping issues within 12 hours.
